Tribeca Rogue
This ten-story condominium is 18,000 square feet with eight full-floor units. The residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows where tenants can have unobstructed views of the stunning Manhattan skyline. The architects of Woods Bagot designed the rooms to be open and airy - choosing Reynaers' slim windows to allow for plenty of natural daylight.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, light and air wrap each residence.
Tribeca Rogue's rhythmic facade is meant to resemble the nearby Cary Building, an 1857 Italian Renaissance Revival structure. The recessed windows are surrounded by bronzed metal frames giving evidence of the industrial aesthetic of the neighborhood. These are angled to provide shading for the interiors, while the weathered, cast-iron appearance gives randomization to the design.
