Eleven Business Center
Eleven Business Center is a modern office and commercial center in the eastern part of Vilnius. The office part consists of eight above-ground floors, in which there are workspaces and recreational areas (total leasable area - 66700 sq ft). There are all modern amenities, such as high-speed wireless Internet, but also a lot of natural light that gets into the building through the floor-to-ceiling windows. On the roof of the building, there is a recreational terrace with chill-out zones and a basketball court.
At the Eleven center energy-efficient building management system has been implemented: automated indoor climate control, monitoring of energy consumption, and automated access control and security. Maximum sound insulation between floors and rooms was also taken care of.
